Some ships are party ships. Some are quiet. Some are built for kids, some built to escape them. A wrong fit and you're stuck on a floating hotel for 7 days with the vibe you came on vacation to avoid.
Wi-Fi, drinks, specialty dining, shore excursions, and gratuities are often added expenses but typically have deals you can take advantage of. Trying to book on your own, as cheap as possible, can have you spending more on board or booking excursions late and paying a premium. I'll tell you what's included, what's extra, and I'll always look for the best deals for you to book.

The cert mix matters: each line operates differently, and the planning playbook changes for each one.
I've been cruising twice a year since 2019, mostly on Royal Caribbean. I've taught myself how to navigate the exclusive perks at better price points so you don't have to spend months learning the system to get the trip you want.
The cruise rate is the same booking with me as booking direct. The only extra is my planning fee, based on the complexity of your trip and quoted at the start. No surprises later.
Cruise prices can change nightly. I monitor for lower fares weekly and rebook to lock in the better rate when I see one. If you spot a drop I missed, send it and I'll get it for you.
How It Works
Send me your trip details through the form below. You don't need to know the line, the ship, or the itinerary yet. I'll reach out within one business day to set up a free call, then send over my trip questionnaire to grab the details I need to start planning.
I research lines, ships, cabins, itineraries, and perks for your group. You get options matching your budget for cabins (basic to all-inclusive), dining (complimentary to specialty), drink and Wi-Fi packages, and shore excursions (think swimming with dolphins in Bermuda, RCCL's CocoCay, or Disney's Castaway Cay if you're going DCL). We go back and forth until it's right.
Once we lock it in, I handle the booking. I keep you posted on payment due dates right up to final payment. When it comes time to pick your boarding time, 45 to 30 days out, I'm the one that stays up at midnight to secure your slot, so you don't have to.
Pricing, Straight Up
Your cruise rate is the same as booking direct. There's no markup on the cabin, the dining, or the excursions.
What you do pay is a one-time planning fee that I quote upfront, based on the complexity of your trip. A two-person Caribbean cruise with one excursion is a different planning load than a multigenerational Alaska sailing with five excursions and two cabin types. I quote it at the start of the planning process, before we start booking. No surprises.

You don't know what an inside cabin is. You're not sure if you need a passport or just an ID. You've heard about "specialty dining" but don't know if it's worth it. I'll walk you through all of it. No question is dumb. I started out the same way: I had all the same questions before my first cruise, and I've been hooked since.

The DIY Trap
You booked the cheapest base rate you could find. Then come the add-ons: Wi-Fi, drinks, dining, excursions. Now you're over budget in a room the size of a closet. The specialty dining package you waited on costs double what it did two months ago, and you're staring down the buffet every night.
Worse: you booked your flight to land the same day your cruise sails. The flight delays. Your ship leaves port without you.

At least 6 to 9 months before sailing for popular itineraries (Alaska summer, Caribbean holiday weeks). The best cabins and dining slots are usually gone by then. Last-minute deals exist, but I generally recommend booking early and letting me monitor for price drops, which I do weekly.

Yes, that's part of the planning. Dining at specialty restaurants and the best shore excursions sell out before sailing. We book those once your cabin is locked. Up until the day before you sail, we can keep adding extras: dining, internet, drink packages, spa, whatever you decide you want.
