Hi, I'm Jenn

Growing up in New York left me short of almost no experience; one of my favorite things to do any day of the week is walk around NYC and just experience all that the city has to offer. From street artists to skaters in the park, from coffee shops to parks, from fancy restaurants to food carts, there is always something to see, do, eat or experience! Add to that, my family always took vacations growing up to other states, theme parks, or various islands and two things have always stuck with me: a sense of experience and a sense of relaxation.

I loved trips where we could sit on a beach/next to a pool for a week but I also loved running around Disney World getting on all the rides. As I got older, I realized I also loved a mix of both! I find that's the sweet spot for most travelers; getting to experience a place and getting to relax and unwind in that same place.

My dad had always wanted to get to New Orleans and he finally got there with me and my mother in 2014. We had a great trip going to restaurants, laying by the pool, taking city tours, enjoying the local festival, visiting historical locations, and getting hurricanes at a dueling piano bar! Less than a year later, my dad passed away. My mantra changed shortly thereafter and I encourage everyone to take time to travel, experience, or lay by the pool with a hurricane!
