Are there fees for making changes?
You can make up to 5 itinerary changes without additional charges from me. Any fees from airlines, hotels, or cruise lines are separate.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better - prices only go up as your travel date gets closer.
Can you help me choose a destination?
Absolutely. We'll talk through what you're looking for and I'll give you a few options to consider.
Do you tailor trips to my preferences?
Every trip is different. What works for your teenager might not work for your mother - or I can build something they'd both enjoy.
Do you offer travel insurance?
I can connect you with third-party travel protection options. Important note: I'm not an insurance agent, so policy questions go directly to the provider.
What's your response time?
You'll hear back within 24 business hours. If I'm traveling, you'll get an auto-reply with my return date.
Can I contact you outside business hours?
I'm available Monday through Friday until 8pm. And if you're mid-trip and something comes up, reach out - I make exceptions for travelers on the road.
