From beach cabanas to bottle service: a 40th birthday in Punta Cana.
A group came to me for a 40th birthday and we turned Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa into a week they still talk about. Cabanas on the beach by day, bottle service in the nightclub at night, a surprise cake and tapas in the main room, a massage for the birthday boy, and a 3-hour group ATV buggy tour around the area. Every moving piece, handled.

What activities are included at an all-inclusive resort?
It really depends on the resort, and that's the whole point of matching you with the right one. Some have a lazy river and a full water park for the kids; others are all about the quiet spa and the beach. Meals and drinks are always included, and the extras like a private cabana, an excursion, or a spa day are usually add-ons. Tell me your crowd and your vibe and I'll point you to the resort where the included stuff is the stuff you actually want.
Is it worth upgrading to an elite or club-level room?
Sometimes, yes! Elite or club-level packages can get you private pools and beach areas, a personal butler, better restaurant reservations, and the little upgrades that make a trip feel special. If ultimate relaxation is the goal, it can be worth every penny. If you're going to be out exploring all day, maybe not. I'll tell you honestly which resorts make the upgrade worth it and which ones don't.
How do you handle airport transportation and transfers?
I set it all up ahead of time so you're not sorting out a ride the second you land. The airports in a lot of these countries can feel overwhelming, so I arrange your transportation to and from the resort as part of the planning. You just walk out and someone's there waiting for you.
What does it cost to work with you?
The consultation call is always free. My planning fee for all-inclusive trips starts at $100, based on your group size and the extras you want handled, and I quote it upfront before any booking happens. Destination weddings and big celebrations are priced separately. No surprises, ever.
